    CHEATERS !! Yes t...

    CHEATERS !! Yes they cheat the customers by delivering the products that are completely different from the product ordered and billed for. And ofcourse they show a better product and deliver a worst one. When we enquired them about this gamble they were very rude to us and not even ready to listen to the concern. They are all very nice and good when they sell you the product, but after the money is out of your pocket, they DONT CARE about the customer satisfaction.

    Friends Furniture After Service is Terrible !!!!!!

    Friends Furniture has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. When you are buying the furniture, the people who are selling to you are very friendly and are listening to everything that you are saying. Once you take out your debit card to pay for the stuff you bought, the service becomes complete garbage! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to Friends Furniture to buy anything as their after sale service and delays are total trash.

    Absolute worst cu...

    Absolute worst customer service. Rude and disrespectful. Ordered a sofa and specifically said that we would confirm on the date we wanted delivery and that's when the order should be made. (House is being renovated) Called in the NEXT DAY to cancel the order. said we would be interested in using the deposit towards another product and the person on the phone said that we should come into the store and when we come into the store we are told that we are lying and we never called to cancel because the person answering the phone failed to take a note! All that aside the male at the desk was absolutely rude and disrepectful saying that we owe more than the deposit paid for cancelling and accusing us of lying. Suffice is to say we are having our phone records printed to prove that the call was made and that the store failed to make a note. The issue isn't the product or the deposit. The issue was the completly unprofessional way the situation was handled by the person at the desk. I will definitely be telling everyone that friends furniture are not only theirs but complete as my mom said compelty "bathameez". I wouldn't deal with them if they paid me.
