This Furniture store has terrible service. I was told that my Furniture would be delivered on a Wednesday, but i received it on Saturday. Because of this I had guests over and no place to sit. I don't think they are very friendly based on their name.
Terrible customer service. They will not call you to give you updates. Very dismissive of your inquiries. Prepare to be pressured and bullied into an outcome that benefits their agenda. Took eight weeks to receive items when I was originally given a three-week window. Not sure if my furniture is real leather despite what I was told. Delivery service put muddy handprints and boot marks all over my walls and floors. - They WILL NOT setup any of your furniture
Very very very bad experience... When we booked the mattress, they told us we will deliver next day when you call us...we are calling them from last 2 days and they are making us fool that it's on the way,truck is delay...NO MANAGEMENT NO SERVICE
The customer service of friends furniture is very poor. We order bedroom and living room furniture more than 3 months back and we are yet to receive some of the items. The items received were also delayed and after repeated follow up. We were promised delivery dates on 4 occasions and no one would turn up the entire day. The worst is there was no courtesy call from friends furniture informing that the delivery was cancelled.
It was my great experience with friends furniture as they helped me alot for finding the best furniture for my home that will suit the best. Even the service which i got from them was best as compared to the others. Even the sales persons are also very helpful. I am very much thankful for all the friends furniture team.
