Friends furniture people very unprofessional. They do wrong commitments with you for deliveries . We bought couche from there and paid full payment and they commited to deliver item between 5 pm - 8 pm and no one showed up and tried to call so many times at +19057929555 and no one picked up phone and replied . I really want s to talk Mr Avtaar about this . He does big commitments on 1650 radio about his store . But nothing like this . I personally recommend don't go to his Brampton airport locat

Everything mentioned in previous reviews are absolutely right. They severely lack professionalism and they think they work for charity. I bought a sofa, coffeee table and throw pillows with them. The after bought experience is the worst i ever experienced. Sofa came 1 week later than the promised delivery time. Coffee table was out of stock and they said they can deliver only after 3 months so i asked for refund. Thats it, inhad to call them 30 times atleast to get the refund.

Forget about this place.low quality furniture and they don’t know how to talk with customers.worse experience.I brought bed from their it was very low quality and already had few scratches and took forever to deliver my stuff.I wish if there is negative star option then I will give that to them.No return policy and money back option!!

They send defective furniture. for replacement, we made hundreds of phone calls and emails, no one was giving the proper response. they took 1 month to replace.

the worst customer service that can be, they literally didn t let me purchase a sofa!
