Good portions and fast service. I loved the environment and there are tons of TVs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great and came in good time. They were quick to refill my drinks.

What a lovely experience it was to eat lunch at this gorgeous Irish pub. It was so clean in there, the staff were so friendly and fun, and the food was absolutely fantastic - all for a good price! If I lived closer I would eat there everyday!!! Keep up the good work!
I know I said I'd never go back but I thought perhaps, in 4 1/2 months their service would inprove based on the fact I noticed I wasn't the only one writing about the terrible service. So let me say I think if you were in there a while ago it is time to give the place another chance. Upon picking a table a server was by within a minute to tell us who our server would be and that whe would be bye in a minute. Our server was Christin(e?) very fast and thourough. Our ceaser's were faboulus, and our pints cold. Empty glasses were promptly cleared off tables. Plates, napkins, wet naps etc delivered before our appetiser of wings, and cleared as soon as finished. Our second course of Salmon and steak was delivered not 5 min after our aps cleared. Steak was delicious, salmon a little dry but still good and a huge (I'm talking double the size you would expect.) and the garlic mashed potatoes had skin on them letting me know they wern't out of a box. After our first few bites our waitress was again by to check on food quality. (nice) This experience was so good that the only thing I have bad to say about the place is the bathrooms are freezing. Overall I can now say I will be back when ever I am in need of a good inexpensive meal, and a few drinks.
And so thank you partytown for hiring some experienced (and still pretty) wait staff as apposed to the hot and very unqualified servers you opened the restaurant with.
Give this place a second chance, they have fixed their serving problems.

Out third visit to this quaint pub/restaurant in the past month. Love the atmosphere and decor. Real old world Guelph stone interior. We've ordered the same each vist! Best fish and chips to be had, with cripsy Guiness batter and tender, moist filets. Burgers are incredible! Pure sirloin and grilled to perfection, with top quality condiments and freshly baked buns. Caesar salads were among the best we've ever enjoyed. Congrats to this place for being several notches above the average bar or roadhouse!
Came in for lunch - will be back for dinner. Burger was one of the best Ive eaten in a restaurant. The wings have been spiced and are quite good - noticed they are 25 cents from 3 till 7 - are you kidding? 25 cent wings for dinner??? I will definetly return.
