Like many places in Harrison, Kitami suffers from staffing problems, and so the owner often works the entire room by herself, with a bit of help from kitchen staff who come out when she is overwhelmed. If you can take a chance on timing, though, it is well worth the wait. Their sushi is excellent, both in quality and variety. The cooked foods are also very good. We love the sweet potato tempura. Quantities are good and prices not too bad, so this is good value. Read more

My husband and I decided to try MK Sushi and were very pleasantly surprised. We have tried every sushi restaurant in Mission and I have to say the food here was excellent. I had the playboy roll and my husband had the spicy tuna roll. You could tell everything was made fresh not pre made. Also the service from the young man that worked there was great.
