You provided such special assistance after I called 911 early on a Sunday morning early in July after a pipe burst and flooding( my apologies for not responding sooner) . Your kind , calm manner and assistance was remarkable. You offered help beyond what was expected …from bottled water to checking smoke alarms and giving me helpful advice.
