Chez Lévêque "fait partie des meubles" dans l'univers des bistros français montréalais. Nous l'avons ré-essayé pour un "Late dinner" récemment. Toujours égal à lui-même, ce resto plaît presque immanquablement. Les classiques y sont offerts: escargots, tartares, steak frites, canard confit, etc., mais la carte pourrait être bonifiée. Excellent experience of 5 course blind tasting menu. This resto is a cute hidden gem, def recommend it. Our waiter gave us a great service, friendly and went thoroughly the different options of menu. If you want to feel the real Russian restaurant atmosphere here is the place. I would recommend it for a specials occasion, like a birthday or any other celebration. In this price range, I believe this is the best Russian restaurant in Montreal. It is well decorated and everything is new and clean. You can find a cheaper restaurant for a birthday, but the extra $5-10 you'll pay here are worth it a million times. Live music and dancing and the food is great. The owners also perform live music themselves, and they do a great job. Read more
