A Saturday afternoon, with frigid below 0C temps and high winds buffeting us when I see a leak in the exposed sewage line. Called Drain Pro, who sent us a plumber as soon as he could get here. Alex rooted out the line (massive root and frozen blockage!) within an hour and got all running smoothly. Whew!

I had called another plumbing service about replacing my leaking 5 year old hot water tank. waited at home for day and half and made repeated calls about when they would be coming. just got the run around that the tech would be calling back and never did and no time window. 1PM the next day i had waited long enough. canceled and called Bridgeman.. received help immediately and they were there within an hour and completed the job in hour and half.
