My wife and I walked into Pet Planet five months ago and were blown away by the knowledge and the customer service. The owner helped us find the best food for our dog by explaining the ingredients and providing valuable information about the producers of the food. He also helped us with training tips.
We are regular customers and still receive the same great service!

Lorna, Taylor and the whole team of groomers love animals, and it shows. Not only in the amazing work they do, in the care and attention they give provide each time we visit. Bays is awesome for exercising and enjoyment especially during the winter months when outdoor swimming is out of the question. The pool is great, the staff are awesome and I love coming here to swim. It is also great for hydro-therapy. I originally swam here as a puppy to rehabilitate a pinned and plated broken leg. Now you would never know it had been broken in the first place. Woof!

I have taken Brewster to What a mess for nails and dog deshedding for years. The girls there always do the most wonderful job even though our beagle cries the whole time as he hates having his paws touched and doesn’t love baths. Thanks for always doing such an amazing job. I highly recommend them!

Wow! Am I ever impressed with Critters! Purchased some dog toys online, sale prices and lots of selection. Fast free delivery in Saskatoon to my work or I could pay $3 for rush delivery. Very reasonable seeing fuel prices. On their website, they have the option to contact them to see if they can order anything else I might need...so I emailed them a picture of these treats and they can order them!! They also proactively asked what brand of dog food I use and can get that in too!!!
