We've been to many 5 star restaurants in downtown Toronto and we would take the Log Cabin over any of them. The chef is a master of Soups and presentation. The specials were varied and tasted exceptionally good . The unique atmosphere of the restaurant is extremely comfortable with classy decor that suits the environment. We stayed at the Motel in Summer of 2015 and had a great time. Dom's restaurant was very tasty and well priced for our group. The little things like a delicious breakfast are appreciated in starting a great day at Wasaga. The great thing is that this spot is a little quieter for when you actually want to sleep, as opposed to busier places with lots of noise. We used the picnic table for the adults to have a few drinks before going out for the night. We would definitely come again.

Moore's Motel is a rustic motel almost hidden from a busy highway 26 west of Collingwood by a tangle of trees and shrubbery and brightly bloming flower beds. It consists of 7 efficiency units and 2 large cottages, all fully furnished. Daily or weekly rates .
Right in front of Blue Mountain in Craigleith, it is close to all the attractios in the Collingwood area.
The owners are friendly and the atmosphere casual. There is a path to a private sandy bay and small beach area. Excellent family spot with safe swimming for even the smallest children and fantastic sunsets on the water every evening.....we vacation here 3 times every summer
