Our sales relresntiative responded to our call immediately, came over to our home and laid out all our options for us. Ivor was was very helpful, knowledgeable and curtious. We decided on a napoleon furnace which is made locally in Canada and had a tremendous warranty. The installation crew had the furnace installed almost immediately and we were very thankful for the service since our old furnace broke down during the winter and we were without heat. Glenn came by in short order and fixed my AC unit which was on the fritz. The thing I love about this company is how honest they are: He suggested that the AC unit could last up to another 10 years and a new unit wouldnt save all that much money. $250 instead $2500+!
