Do not ask for anything ombre because they don’t do it well at all!

Overall the worst experience of any nail salon I have ever been in. I shock it up to never being trained in waxing, not remembering clients, weak conversation starters, not equipped with the right tools, no understanding of a vagina, when it came to the nails no soap twice no care, shaming on toe length for both way too short or too long when that did my feet the last time I was there. I am black and I saw their interaction with the 3 elderly white ladies and they did treat them better.

Have been looking for awhile for place I can trust with pedicure (in-grown nails, every time is like a mini-surgery). First time there and it was going so well that by the time we were half done with pedicure, I also asked for manicure and at the end, for the eyebrow wax. All went great and only took about 1.5 hours. Very happy to find the place where they know how to do everything. Will be definitely coming back on regular basis.
