Superb, reliable and efficient snow removal! I am extremely pleased with the Autotel service, advising clients that a tractor will pass by. Cleaning of snow is frequent and thorough. Highly recommended!!!!

What happened to this company this year? Last year they were great & this year deplorable. Neighbours using other snow removal companies are getting great service while I sit here snowed in. All day! We've now given up on them & shovel it ourselves. Money down the toilet. I'm not a happy customer.

Slow service this winter to their Dorval clients. They used to be very good but now either have too many clients or too few snow ploughs. Next year will go with someone else.

Very unprofessional company. Dissatisfied with service . Owner is arrogant and never returns calls. Was a customer of Bo pelouse for years but switched after horrible treatment . I will definitely inform all my neighbors to never pay them in advance and to switch companies . They are only good at taking your money

Terrible service!

Avoid this snow removal company! After 2 years of mediocre service from this company, I had a very unfortunate experience. Days after offering me a deal if I brought in a new customer, I called back to confirm and they told me the deal was off, that they had made a mistake. This is extremely poor customer service, and I would advise anyone reading this to avoid Bo Pelouse.
