les appartments sont sale et non entretenu, les couloirs sentent le remfermer. Ya des crackheads devant le building et finalement les gens qui travail chez Triada n'aiment pas leur job. TERRIBLE n'est pas meme pas assez fort comme mot.

SUPER MAL ISOLÉ. Jentendais mon voisin faire lamour et sa blonde crier comme une folle au moins une fois par jour. Je ne fume pas et ça sentait la cigarette et le pot et ils ne faisaient rien malgré mes plaintes. Le même voisin qui fumait mettait sa musique EXTRÊMEMENT FORTE. Encore une fois, rien à faire... . Pis essayez pas davoir de leau chaude dans les heures de pointe. Jattendais la douche allumée pendant une bonne quinzaine de minutes chaque fois pour prendre ma douche. NEVER AGAIN!

Great landlords. Communicated well with tenants. Always helpful, prompt, respectful and kind. Kept building clean and presentable. Never had a single issue with the administrative office in 8 years in the building. Sad to go. Highly recommend Triada.

I saw one or two bad reviews of Triada before moving in last year and it really freaked me out; luckily I moved in anyways and had a great experience! They were always super quick to fix everything and came at any hour of the night if something was wrong. Management is in an office around the corner so paying rent and stuff like that was always super easy. Would recommend!

I have rented apartments in Montreal for over 15 years. I have been with Triada for the last 3 and am exceedingly happy with the experience. The office staff is very polite and responsive. Apartment has a novel, loft-style configuration. Building is consistently maintained. Would highly recommend this company.
