Last year, because of problems with service, we were given free winter/summer change for the following change, which was done yesterday. Also asked for an oil change.
Not only did they not change the oil, but they charged for the tires. My husband thought he paid for the oil change! Only noticed, once he was home. So, we called them. They don't call back on his number. Using mine, front desk transferred me to service; don't call back. IT'S THEFT! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY!!!
The told the car has been repaired , however nothing was done. It put my life in danger. You are on the highway , your acceliration is not working. Stay away from their service.
I've never been to any car dealers that oblige you to sign purchase papers before going for a test drive. We were very interested but will be going elsewhere. Learn proper customer service!!
