Our meetings with the owner BEFORE purchase were great. Few weeks after installation & payment (7 mo ago), we found a fair size chip on the edge of the counter & some pitting. We called the owner repeatedly to come back to see it & to repair. He said he would. We never heard back. After several texts and more phone calls, he said he would send someone. We said we would rather he look at it first. He never came. No customer service after installation and payment. Very disappointed.
