Geek Squad personnel non a l ecoute, n explique pas ce qu ils vont effectuer comme travail, les explications ne sont pas claires ni précises. Pas orienté service a la clientèle. Très long. Incompétents. service non rendu malgré la facture a payer. non recommandé. Tres insatisfaite. Service terrible.

This store and its support chat are useless! The worst every store. Cant call the store to speak to anyone, the number listed (450) 781-2030, just gives you the option to hear the message again or hang up! WOW... good job Best Buy as offering no help to anyone on the floor or over the phone. You guys are worst than Home Depot and Reno.

Service à la clientèle pourri. La dame du service me criais après et m´a raccroché au nez parce que je netais pas satisfaite de sa réponse. Jai acheté un frigo et reçu avec un égratignure tout le long du frigo et il faut que jaille au magasin... Pourquoi avoir un service à la clientèle à ce moment-là??? Je voulais seulement comment faire, quel étais la suite et ne voulais pas me déplacer pour avoir une réponse.

Personnel pas très coopératif et ne cherche pas à avoir un bon rapport avec le client.

Very bad customer service, It is impossible to get someone on the line when calling. in ANY department, NO VOICEMAIL either, very unprofessional. dispointed. this is how you loose customers !

Horrible Customer Experience

Absolutely horrible customer experience. Incredibly rude staff with no desire to assist customers. When asking for help to find a product, was told to go look for it myself. Additionally, products confirmed "in-store" through their website were unavailable.

Trendy products a...

Trendy products are either not sold, constantly out of stock or have to be ordered first. Their website mixes online only products with retail locations causing confusion and their inventory indication is often wrong. What's the point of going to a retail location to be told to order online first?

Pourquoi avoir un téléphone....j'essaie de les rejoindre depuis 10h et la ligne est toujours engagé rien a faire....C'est frustrant.
