Very bad customer service, It is impossible to get someone on the line when calling. in ANY department, NO VOICEMAIL either, very unprofessional. dispointed. this is how you loose customers !
Absolutely horrible customer experience. Incredibly rude staff with no desire to assist customers. When asking for help to find a product, was told to go look for it myself. Additionally, products confirmed "in-store" through their website were unavailable.
Trendy products are either not sold, constantly out of stock or have to be ordered first. Their website mixes online only products with retail locations causing confusion and their inventory indication is often wrong. What's the point of going to a retail location to be told to order online first?
