Couldn't have asked for a better location

Could not have asked for better location, great value for my limited travel budget. Staff courteous, rooms clean and spacious. Was even able to walk to work 10 minutes to downtown Ottawa.

Good river view. clean room and good furniture. Musems are in walking distance. Leave your car at the hotel

Great value with the price

The hotel have great location which could let you view whole downtown of Ottawa. Good place if you like to take some night photos.

Excellent option to visit Ottawa/Gatineau

This hotel is an excellent option to visit Ottawa/Gatineau. Its location is wonderful, being at an walking distance from the Museum of Civilization, the park Jacques Cartier and the bridge that separates Gatineau and Ottawa. Right on the other side of the bridge, you can already find the main touristic points of Ottawa, like the Parliament and the Art Gallery. When in season (I was told the service will stop for the winter), the hotel sales the tickets for the Hope-in-hope-out tour and the bus will pick you up almost in front of the hotel. Plus, as usual in the chain Best Western, the room was very confortable and clean, the service was great and all meals were good and offered for nice prices (breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner a la carte). The per night was very nice too. So, it’s good and well located, with reasonable prices. I recommend!!!

Best location in Ottawa

This hotel is very well located. Even better than Ottawa downtown because from the hotel you get a marvelous view of the downtown and the parliament across the river. Just cross the bridge and you are there. In addition, the Canadian National Museum is just around the corner. The hotel isn’t new and it isn’t lavish either. But is very clean, has renovated bathrooms, and comfortable beds. For the price (it was the lowest priced 3 star in Expedia) it is an excellent choice!
