Very Poor Customer Service

Price signs are mis-leading, sign clearly stated $9.99 but when I got to the cash I was told $18.99 because of the pot the plant was in. I was yelled at by the owner who insisted she had signs all over stating the pots weren't included, she didn't. She was dishonest and I told her so and told her I wouldn't be back. She yelled something else and her last words were.....W H A T E V E R
I won't be back!
