Pire service client de ma vie! Je suis residente de la rive sud et j'irai a l'avenir au centre ville!! Employés impoli, qui repondent de façon cavalière au clients, attente interminable sans reponse quand on demande on semble déranger le personnel qui jacassent entre eux alors que le store es plein! Ceci étais ma derniere visite! Autant j'ai pû depuis 10 ans apprécier mes produits apple et le magasin du centre-ville autant j'ai détesté ce store Apple!
Poor customer service
Showed up a 19h30 with no appointment cause my phone totally stopped working ,tried my luck and show up but they wore all booked , told the young clerk I need my phone for business purposes and she didn't care . Her response was everyone needs their phone too.
She tried giving me a appointment for the next day at 18h45. And didn't even check to see if they could of gave me a loaner till my appointment.
