MacIsaac Backhoeing Services Ltd started in 1978 with John MacIsaac acting as a sole proprietor until 2014 when his daughter and son-in-law, Daniel Albert and Lindsay MacIsaac/Albert purchased the company under the mentorship and guidance of John. The company began with a single backhoe and has grown to include a fleet of 3 backhoes, 4 dump trucks, 6 snow-blowers 3 floats, 2 crew trucks and 1 salt truck. We offer buckets ranging in size from 12" to 36" for all your excavation needs. We also have hammer and tamper attachments.     Daniel and his crew were very accommodating to our septic replacement problem and bent over backwards to get it resolved before winter set in. The job was done well and on time and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend! Thanks

    Daniel and his crew were great to deal with and completed the work right on schedule. I’ve had water problems in the basement for years and since he completed the work 3 years ago, I have been water free. I would recommend highly MacIsaac Backhoeing.

    sometimes contractors get a feeling about customers that no matter how hard or good of a job you do for them, that you can’t make them happy. Or maybe a feeling that chasing customers for payment isn’t worth the job. I’m sure there was a good explanation for the other commments. Macisaac backhoeing offers GREAT services and takes pride in their work. HANDS DOWN

    Don't waste your time.

    Strung us along for a couple of weeks, then cancelled via text five minutes before work was supposed to start. Won't be recommending them to anyone. Total waste of time.
