On December 1, 2017 Park Hyatt Toronto, commenced renovations, temporarily suspending hotel operations as we undergo an exciting evolution and transformation culminating in the debut of a spectacularly reinvented Park Hyatt Toronto in the fourth quarter of 2019.
Located on the 18th floor of the Park Hyatt hotel, the Roof Lounge is the place to sip and be seen. You’ll be able to take in picturesque views on balmy summer nights and enjoy some excellent beers while you're at it. This lounge is loved by locals and celebrities alike and offers shareable late-night dishes that pair perfectly with your favourite pint or bottle. Try to stake out a spot by the fireplace on cooler evenings.
Park Hyatt’s afternoon tea service takes place at Annona Restaurant. The selection of teas is quite extensive, which are accompanied by finger sandwiches, miniature scones and tea pastries. Park Hyatt also offers services with a choice of Anna Spinato Prosecco or Veuve Cliquote Parsandin.
Service: Saturday & Sunday; 3 pm to 5 pm
Leather seats, dark mellow decor and a crackling fire make this bar 18 floors above Toronto ideal for an evening of whisky tasting with your buddies. If the hard juice of the grain isn’t your normal drink, chances are it will be after an evening here. The extensive 40-plus whisky list includes single malts from Scotland, some up to 30 years old. A list of Irish and Tennessee whiskies is complemented by Kentucky bourbons and ryes.
