Richard Fox-Revett sometimes refers to his children as monkeys. In fact, that is where he got the inspiration for the name of his restaurant.
The Monkey Bar & Grill offers a warm, inviting atmosphere and impeccable service. The menu consists of many comfort food favourites, with Canadian, Italian, French and Asian influences, and uses local and organic ingredients where possible. All the desserts and breads are made in-house.“The idea behind it is to offer upscale cuisine at affordable prices,” says Richard.
“Its not just about the food, it’s about the show, the environment,” he says. “At The Monkey Bar & Grill we offer a fine balance of having fun, but still maintaining elegance and calmness.”

Girls night out at Monkey Bar back in January and a wonderful place. Food, service and location are all great. Hope to get back sometime soon )if we can get a reservation!)
This was by far the best meal my family has ever had! The service was great and the food was excellent. We have been there a few times and the food is always consistent. The prices are reasonable and I definitely recommend this restaurant to people who are looking to have a good meal.
The restaurant and ambiance was absolutely wonderful. Service was warm, curteous and inviting. The food was spectacular, very experienced chef, with great presentation! Will definitely return!
