So I posted this at a store and they called me Rude.
Leons lies about what they sell. I'm happy to join a suit against their false ads. We bought a couch set that turned out to be fabric rather than leather. So we paid a lot more for real leather, only to find out the three couches were only leather topped. All of the sides are inexpensive vinyl it doesn't hold up at all. Still selling as Leather, not Leather Topped.
Anyone else aware of this?
Received so much help and patience from Jabir in choosing my electric dryer. He took the time to look for other options for me and send them to be by phone. I wasn't able to get to the store personally so be given the assistance kindly over the phone meant a lot!
My Account Executive and Advisor (Ms Atiyeh) was excellent. Initially I was uncertain of the item selection because there were many other variations. Atiyeh was quite informative, thorough patient. polite and professional throughout the process.
I had challenges after the item was delivered but it is currently being addressed.
I give this location a 5-star review because of the excellent sales staff. Our salesperson was Lubna. She was fantastic and a joy to work with. My son and I wanted to buy a sectional sofa for his basement apartment. My son is very picky and stubborn at times (particularly about what would fit in the basement.) Lubna was so patient while my son was literally putting sofas on their end so that he could take measurements. We visited no less than 4 times to get the order right. HUGE thanksto Lubna
