They were absolutely wonderful.I actually chose them because of reviews I had read through the web.The representative was professional and knowledgeable.There was no pressure on me to place an order.The rep that came to measure the window kept to the appointment time as did the installers.They worked very hard to complete the work in one day as it was scheduled.I am very pleased with the window both inside and outside the house.They did a great job for me.
For a number of years,we've had an issue with windows. Condensation collected in between the two panes of glass so much that we were no longer able to see out of it! The whole process was extremely pleasant.Our new windows were special-ordered. A few days later,the office manager called proactively to schedule the installation. We got it on the calendar,the manager and his technicians came to do the job. The new windows look AWESOME.
I had my front door and windows replaced by GoldStar last year in June/July and the crew was very clean and did a splendid job. That is why I had them replace my sliding glass door now too. Again, they were very professional, on time , and did a very clean job. In addition I ordered some windows. I am very happy with the end results and would recommend them.

I had many windows and doors contractors over, and all but GoldStar Window representative recommended replacing the troubled 3 windows and 4 doors, with a proper estimates ranging. I did, spoke with Nick (very calm, casual, low-key, and friendly) who promised to send someone out to see what could be done with the. Installer did measurements quickly and professionally. Installation took place in a week and now our house looks very great!!
