Great hotel in do...

Great hotel in downtown Toronto. The hotel is older but very clean. The restaurant food was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great staff and service

Great King suite with balcony - fantastic view, and what a great room for the price. Unwittingly forgot my cell phone and charger after check out - housekeeping had it registered into their Lost and Found service - and I picked it up at the front desk without any hassle. What could have been a real mess, was handled perfectly - top notch service.

Little ones will love the water-park feel at this family-oriented hotel downtown. The heated indoor pool is a great spot to splash around but the 130-foot waterslide is definitely the main attraction. The four-storey corkscrew slide takes kids (and grownups) on a roundabout ride that loops outside the hotel walls. If you’d prefer to take a dunk without the kids in tow, head up to Deck 27 — the heated adult-only indoor pool offers a more tranquil vibe, panoramic views of the skyline and access to an outdoor sundeck.
