Tried reaching out to these guys regarding a replacement part for my ninja because I thought the local dealerships were charging WAY too much. Found out the dealerships were selling the part close to the recommended retail sales price. Other no name companies can make this part for a fraction of the price so why is Kawasaki gouging their customers? I paid thousands on their products and they can't help me save a few bucks to keep them in good shape. Sad really how much greed wins over service.
