    User beware

    I have been a paid AOL user for over 12 years and although the service has had its ups & downs I cannot believe how bad the actual connection service and customer service has become. After weeks of service interruptions, numerous customer service agents who struggle with English and hours trying to resolve issues I have no choice but to stop dealing with this company. Sorry means nothing when a company doesn't fix the root cause. I cannot recommend or continue to endorse such an incompetent.
