We have formed a yearly maintenance program called the Gold Club, which allows customers peace of mind by having their home heating systems/Air Conditioners/ Hot Water Tanks cleaned and inspected yearly to ensure proper operation.
We also pride ourselves on providing a real personal connection right from the first phone call by being able to speak with a real person as opposed to an automated, impersonal machine. I have had the best service from Theriault Plumbing! Attended my home on time as scheduled, the staff is friendly and they ensure to properly clean up behind themselves. I could not ask for better
When I called asking for a plumber to come and repair a leaking shower head problem, I was under the impression I was hiring someone to come and fix it, as we had already done some work, and we knew we had pressure issues. We were charged $95.00 to have someone come and look at the problem, and tell us a few suggestions. He was in our house for 5 mins and then left. They felt justified to charge me for a 5 min visit. Next time I'll go with a company that's interested in offering results.
