    Terrible !!!!! Ripped us off .. took my daughters grad dress in for pockets she does 1!! Who puts one in .. wants more $$$$ to do another . Rip off . Shitty work and terible customer service ! I read a ton of reviews that say the same .. BEWARE! Maria is not friendly .. or professional

    I took my daughters prom dress in to be hemmed, they advised it must be paid in advance and was charged $125 plus tax. When we returned for the dress, the dress was only hemmed in the back and the front left untouched. When it was mentioned they said call back tomorrow, we said prom was in two days and this was not acceptable. When I called the next day I was advised it would be done by the end of the day. No apology given and the dress was not proper length just had a finished hem. RIP OFF!

    Took my coat in for a zipper replacement. Her POS terminal malfunctioned and showed the transaction didn't go through, so we tried again. It still said the transaction did not process. I immediately logged into my bank account to see what the problem was and saw that the first attempt did fail, but the second was successful. Despite showing her the money left my account, she refused to give me my coat until I paid cash. Guess what? She got double the money that day but lost a customer.
