    Had a pointsetta delivered to my house and left on a chair at my front door in - 14 weather. When I called to complain they emphasized they had called, unfortunately no one was home. Not sure why youwouldn’t bring them back to the shop and why would you deliver them when no one returned your call. ( we were gone for the weekend)Didn’t get the feeling they thought they had done anything wrong. They have offered to replace the arrangement. This happened last year too!
