    Totally frustrated....his work (when he showed up) was satisfactory at best - but then he just stopped coming. I texted, called, pleaded, but to no avail. He first said his machinery was broken, then 3 weeks later said he still couldn't come due to the weather....he promised a "partial refund at the end of season." do not waste your time.
