There are closer Ford dealerships and service centers I could go to BUT there is no better place to go for sales or service when it comes to owning a Ford vehicle! Everyone from the front and service reception, the sales staff and the service advisors are friendly and courteous! My most recent visit had my vehicle in overnight and a day but they took great care of my needs! Thank you again FORMULA Ford in Pickering!

Service team is usually courteous and supportive however not so good with following up parts that are required. Been waiting to hear back for several weeks now on my car seat heater and I had to personally follow up and still no updates. Thats not good at all.
