Cellspoint Pickering Town Centre

I went to change a battery on my S10 in March 2022, and notice a black scratch in an "L" shape on the screen. I took it back and ofcourse the tech denied damaging the LCD, he said he would change it for free but I needed to pay for the LCD ($250). Suffice to say there was no way I was going to have this guy touch my phone again. Fast forward to today I went to Pacific mall and paid for a new LCD, the tech showed me the old LCD and low and behold there was the "L" shape scratch.

I have an iPhone and Cell Point at Pickering TownnCentre is the only place I purchase any accessories I need. They are good quality and priced just right. I have been purchasing here for years.
