Great to deal with, my bedroom was torn up and I was sleeping on the couch, they were able to bump my install date ahead by a week to accommodate. Tonight I will sleep on the soft carpet!
they did a very unprofessional job at the place i am renting, carpet right over a hole in the floor, when they replaced the carpet on the stairs, they took the carpet from the stair trusses and the steps, but only put carpet on the steps, looks very bad and is crude, didn't put doors back on correctly when they took them off to do the carpeting (would have been better to leave the doors on) ... antique moulding is damaged as a result of their "work" (i have video proof of everything listed)
