Young Drivers Lincoln Fields Classroom - New Driver

We've had a bad experience with this school. The classes kept getting postponed, for months. When they were scheduled, they were spread over a few months, instead of within a month. The receptionist has been unpleasant and rude, when we tried to resolve an issue. When we sent a letter complaining of a class that was cut short and the receptionists rudeness, we received no reply. Find a better school that will be more organized and responsive, and that would actually care.Stay away from this one.

Do not use this driving place. During the covid lockdown the first part has been moved online, but the website is virtually impossible to use, I have spent hours and learned as much as I would have if I spent 30 minutes googling "How to drive". Dont use this place until they fix their garbage website.

They just want your money and they hard to schedule for In class lessons, and when they do it’s spread out so your next driving lessons you suck and they suggest you pay for more lessons. For the amount you already pay you should be able to feel comfiedent enough with the lessons you receive. I am very mad and would not recommend this driving place.

Young Drivers can not deliver driving lessons in a timely way. When you want to book your in-car lessons, there is a 2-3 month wait. Ridiculous! Especially given the premium price that they charge. There are plenty of other driving schools that make it easy to get on the road and do not coast on their reputation while delivering terrible customer service. Edit May 2018: Review upgraded from one star to three stars. Expensive (-1), inconvenient (-1) but good quality instruction in the end.
