This is the second time I have brought a tv to In home TV & Electronics repair and this was as successful as the first. The service was fast, friendly, and very affordable. I will be back. I highly reccomend thos service to anyone with TV or electronics repair needs!
I am very happy with the service. I was able to bring in my TV Saturday afternoon, and was kept up to date about the problem/cost of fixing the TV through email. My TV was fixed (which cost much less than having to buy a new TV), and I was able to pick it up on Monday.
My Jenn-Air range hood was malfunctioning. When I contacted the manufacturer I was told they no longer carried parts for this model (even though it was only 6 years old) and my only option was to replace it (at a cost of $1200 plus installation.) I contacted several "appliance repair" shops only to be told they couldn't help me. I did some on-line research and concluded that the problem was likely in the control panel, which required a certain electrical expertise to diagnose and repair. I contacted "In Home TV and Electronic Service" and explained the problem. The technician said he would research the issue and get back to me with an estimate. He gave me an estimate by e-mail and I booked an appointment for him to come to my home and repair the range hood. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem, then completed a repair, including correcting an omission by the manufacturer that likely resulted in the malfunction in the first place. My range hood now works perfectly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. By contacting them I saved myself hundreds of dollars and avoided having to replace an expensive appliance. In this age of "disposable" commodities, it is nice to know that there is someone out there who is able to expertly repair electronics. I would not hesitate to contact them again should I encounter problems with another electronic device.
I am writing this review to thank the owner of In Home TV & Electronic Service at 436 Queen Mary street, Ottawa. I have got a Samsung TV, it was shutdown no picture and no sound. I called to this repair TV shop and the owner came to my house to check the TV, gave me the estimate and then he repaired it for me. My TV works very well again! The price is reasonable and the service is very good and fast! I would introduce this repair TV shop for all my friends and relatives. Thank so much for your work, In Home TV & Electronic Service!!!
