1 hour late; made me drive the car somewhere else and had to walk 40 minutes home and back; still had dust on the seats and undercoating on side door so not a good job; I requested the elegance package at $180 before tax, and he did the gold for $192 with tax; had no pay machine so it took me 20 minutes to pay on my phone and it still didn't work; he kept repeating he had to clean a stain and he showed me the dirty water to make his point; unprofessional and overcharge.
