I have only good things to say about Don and his team. There was constant communication from start to finish and all of the guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and worked hard. We are so happy with the quality of the heat pump that we had installed. It has already been a lifesaver and to know that we'll have the same comfort throughout the colder months is such a relief. My old furnace let me down in Mar, 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Shakell Team was over the same day to diagnose my problem and replace the furnace with a spectacular Carrier unit the next day in 4 hours. Talk about professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. I have dealt with the Shakell Team for the past 8yrs for all my HVAC needs and highly recommend them.

Great service. Don is knowledgeable and fair. We had him repair and install equipment in our home and we are very satisfied. We would recommend his team to all. He even showed up on time for his appointment. That is special in Orillia. Lol.

Living in a four ...

Living in a four level back split house would create difficulties for any heating and cooling installation. Shakell carefully assessed this challenge and had a crew out within days. The high efficiency furnace and air conditioner with humiditfier were installed quickly, efficiently and with absolutely no mess to clean up. Whenever we have had a question about our furnace we have received a quick visit. They even cleaned our gas fireplace very well when it didn't work well.

Unbelievable service

Unbelievable service, on time, very clean. All work completed on time. Average prices but no hassle. Very informative about maintenance & has improved the efficiency of my property's heat & air conditioning. I would highly recommend them for anyone. I believe they have been in business for over 60 years. I send them new clients & have heard nothing but good things. Thanks a lot guys !! Keep up the great work...

As a landlord I don't like repair details or needs being discussed with tenants before discussing with the landlord after I didn't hire him to replace my furnace he bad mouthed me to my tenants . He came back after i didnt accept his quote to compaib to my tensnts . He also gave me the highest quote on repair and then went back to complain to my tenants does he not realize everyone had the right to get quotes
