This company attended my house very late at night as we had our toilet overflow. The employees were absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. They provided us with excellent service and made us feel comfortable. Highly recommended! Thank you

WORST EVER!

WHAT A DISASTER! GTA's Finest tells us they'll be out to clean up our flood at 8:30 the next morning. At 9:30 I start trying to call and their phone won't ring through. When I finally get through they tell me they tell me that's not the way things are done, I need to go through the insurance company - they don't deal with individuals. That although I had talked to the "supervisor" everything he had told me was wrong & I had wasted 15 hours of living in a disaster - thanks GTA "Finest".

You answered our call late in the evening and worked until 4:00 A.M to get the water out and start the drying process quickly. Then the next day you stayed with us as we discovered mold problem from water the house has previously had, and you guys handled the remediation process professionally, thoroughly and promptly. Now that we have finished our rebuilding. I have recommended you to the Lake Shore Premier Residential Services and would recommend you to anyone who asked. Carolina Marco
