By far, this is the most pleasant purchase experience I have ever had! I asked Larry for his best price as I did not want to negotiate. The price was better than I expected and Larry worked real hard to get me what I wanted for my trade. On delivery, everything was as promised.
Since the purchase, I have returned several times for sevice. Virgil, (the mechanic) is awesome! Quality work at fair prices and I trust him fully both on his ability to do the job and his integrity. He doesn't try to sell me work I don't need and he informs me about the important services I do need!
Ryan and Aaron in the parts department are knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to accomodate me and I always get the right parts and accessories on a timely basis.

I decided to get back on a bike after over 20yrs of not riding so I went and checked out NRC and I am glad I did because I am sure if it wasn't for Larry and the staff at NRC I would have never bought my bike.Larry took the time to show me everything about the bike and got me familar with riding again.He even hoped on a scooter and escorted me all the way home,there is no way you would get that kind of service any where else.If you are thinking about buying a bike check out NRC before going elswhere you won't regret it.
