Thereafter having the title Sir Karim Hakimi.The celebration of Sir Karim Hakimi's knighthood took place in the evening of June 24th, 2005 at Queen's Park Toronto, Ontario's Parliament Hall. This great honour has been bestowed upon Sir Karim Hakimi for his many generous contributions such as donating hundreds of thousands of pairs of eyeglasses to people in less fortunate countries. My son picked up his glasses at the heartland location,which was $385, he was not given the cloth nor the solution. When I went the very next day the reciptionist told me that it was out of stock and the solution was only given when customers had asked, I was told their would be a separate cost for both the cloth and the solution when it should've came with the pair of glasses. I was being argued with the receptionist. If there were to be a scratch on the lenses who is responsible for it?
I picked out my frames the day before my eye test and the woman working wrote down the code on the frame so after my eye test I could pay for them. Right before my eye test she pulled the frames I picked when I noticed that they weren't the right ones. I told her they weren't what I chose and she just kept saying no this was the code. I finally said I'll just find them myself and then she pulled the correct frames and they had the same code. She didn't apologize or anything after arguing with me
Just wanted to say that our experience at Hakim Optical in Newmarket today was fantastic. Mark did a wonderful job. He was very helpful, friendly & made us feel very comfortable. I'm glad we brought our business there & will surely recommend this store & Mark to our friends & family.
