I have been trying to contact Buckleys Ins Broker all day Monday and put on continuous hold. I want to add road coverage to an existing vehicle on the policy and I don't have a name or phone ext. to use. How do you possibly speak to anyone to change coverage. I don't even have an email for them on their business card Ever since they joined BrokerLink, the service has gone downhill fast.
I was w' Buckley for 2.5 yrs. I called them to ad my house to the insurance policy. I called and spoke with 4 agents explaining my needs and leaving messages for more than a month. Nobody ever called me back with a quote. I was forced to call another broker, who welcomed my business. Now, Buckley wants to charge me with the cancellation fee for my auto insurance! If they returned my call just once I wouldn't cancel my policy. They don't appreciate loyal clients. This is wrong and unacceptable.
Terrible, They are always to busy to help you or return your calls,If you hear a cell phone go off they put you on hold. And all the women give you the same answer when they call you back. I was not in the office yesterday. Are they all part time? Look somewhere else people this is not the place to get your insurance
