The Framing Edge

I've been a customer for many years and I've never ceased to be amazed by the service and incredible workmanship of the custom framing. The Framing Edge staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store has a wide range of offerings from Maple Leaf T-shirts to handmade jewelry boxes, in addition to their custom framing. For Christmas I bought my stepdaughter flannel pajamas from the store and she told me they were so comfortable and cozy she did't want to take them off. Thank you!

I got an awesome Blue Jays t-shirt at the Framing Edge. It was even on sale. they got lots of cool stuff. can't wait to wear it to the first game of the season. :)

I love this store. The service was fantastic. The staff were helpful and friendly. They custom framed by Mom's drawing from college and it looks great. She loved it! I shopped around and they had good prices, too.

Friendly Staff & Great Assortment of Fun/Unique Gifts

This is my favourite "go to" store when looking for fun/unique gifts (for him or her) & they also have a great assortment of sports memorabilia and clothing. They have framed personal & business items for me and the quality of workmanship is always top notch. Best of all, always greeted with a smile.

This company has terrible after sales service. I bought from them over the phone a Team Canada sweatshirt. The stitching fell apart after less then one month and one wear and they claimed it was not returnable as it was past their 15 day return policy. This was a defect and they refused to stand behind the product they sold! Furthermore the logo was a misprint as confirmed by Hockey Canada and they still failed to stand behind the product! They refuse to respond to emails!

Framing Edge is a great place to get anything custom framed. The TML hockey jersey I had framed looks awesome in my office! I also had a one-of-a-kind tapestry framed by the experts at Framing Edge more than 10 years ago and it still looks wonderful. I have recently made several trips to the Framing Edge. My 1st plague, 8.06x6.13 $18 tax in, my 2nd plague, 8.25x6.25 $14 tax in. I went to pick up my second plague & inquired as to the reason why. I was told my first one was bigger, she could not do anything without my original pick up slip. I brought in both plagues, and payment receipts. The same woman, compared the plagues, noted the size of each, and began to explain it must be a different thickness of the plague, the thickness is the same.
