So far, no one has attempted to contact me. I found out from the sender that my parcel made it to Mississauga on Dec. 15, 2020. It is now Jan 3. I know I have to pay taxes...but how can I when I don’t know where my parcel is, or how to contact them??? Have left messages..hope to hear from them. Very poor service
Horrible. Unprofessional email for automatic payment prompt seems like spam. They tell you to email customer service with questions, yet the customer service email does not accept email! When you try to submit a question or complaint via the website, you cannot - because the website has been engineered not to accept addresses (will not recognize Vancouver, puts Vancouver into the state box). Only contact way was social media but they wont reply.
