Poor quality and they don't honour the warranty that is written clearly on their products. Over 20% failure rate on their bulbs in a building and below the hours used (25,000 "lifespan"). They must have meant in dog years.
Don't waste your time and money with Smartray.
This company does not have its own products. It just purchases LED lights made in China, put its SmartRay label on those lights, and sell them. Basically it is just doing buy-and-sell business. And the price of those lights are normally 20% higher than similar products in the market.
The boss is terrible as well. On average its employee never stay there more than 6 months. It is bad working culture in this company.
Do not believe a bad company can provide glorious lights!
