    Chris is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Yes he is quite abrupt and bold, but will tell you exactly what he thinks. Which is very refreshing these days. Ive used him on 2 properties and would recommend him to anyone.

    Not pleasant, very arrogant, mentioned many issues, had them checked by 2 other inspectors and no concerns on their part. This guy needs to go back to stocking shelves like he used to.
