Terrible service. Just guess at problem and charge you for multiple visits for same issue. When called after "fixing" very rude service response and avoid calling back or hang up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I hope word gets around how dishonest they are.
After the gas meter was replaced, our gas clothes dryer malfunctioned. A Terry`s Appliances repair technician came this morning and found that a couple of small parts needed to be replaced, but everything else was fine. In all, cost was $224.81 for call out, labour and parts. Plus that feeling of having triumphed in a "throw away" consumerist world - priceless! The technician was very good, noting he took the job he had because he wanted to do repairing, not trying to sell appliances. Well done!
