Jb's Mongolian Grill was born out of a need for something fresh. Roadhouse restaurants had taken over the market, making each dining experience seem like the next, and we wanted to change that. 'The Grill' means fresh food served in a relaxed and adventurous atmosphere. It a clean and colourful look, a nice change from the everyday dining experience. The scene is worldbeat flavour with an attitude. Guests gather around a sizzling grill in the dining area to watch each one of their fresh food creations being prepared. Not bad.... The food was really good but overpriced!!!!! The service was pretty bad the day that i went! The wait time at the grill can be as much as 10-15 minutes!!!! Overall the food was good but everything else wasnt the best.

This place was recommended to me by a friend... one who's opinion I won't take again. The buffet looked REALLY unappetizing - food all over the counter and floor, all mixed together in the holders. I have never seen a buffet that looks so messy. The guys on the grill didn't talk to anyone at all, barely managed to cook the food properly.
The restaurant looked dirty, there were holes in the walls and light fixtures falling down and the bathrooms smelt HORRIBLE.
Our server was nice. She suggested a good martini (Strawberry kiss) that wasn't even on the menu. I asked to speak to the manager, and our server returned first to tell us that she couldn't find him, then to say that he was "busy". I couldn't believe the manager didn't want to talk to paying customers with legitimate complaints. Needless to say, I will not return.
This restaurant is amazing IN WINDSOR.
After moving to London I'm very disappointed with this place compared to the one in Windsor.
The place is crammed to the MAX NO ROOM ANYWHERE TO EVEN MOVE.
The food looked like it was left out all day and never changed.
The cooks did an amazing job minus the LACK OF ROOM people had to wait for their food.
